ATLAS Trip Support LLC (“Atlas”, “we”) operates atlastripsupport.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the website and how we use it.
Information you give us
If you submit the Contact form or the Trip Handling Request form, we receive the details you enter: for example your name, company, email address, phone number, aircraft and operator details, crew nationality, itinerary, requested services and any notes. We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare quotes and arrange trip support, and to keep business records. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How form submissions are delivered
Form submissions are emailed directly to Atlas from our own web server and are not passed to any other service. Our web hosting provider (SiteGround) and email provider handle the message in transit and storage on our behalf. Please do not put passport numbers, payment card details or other highly sensitive identifiers in the forms; we will tell you how to send those securely if they are needed for a trip.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party fonts, maps, videos or social-media widgets. Fonts and images are served from our own site. The only item stored in your browser is a small note of your privacy choice (in local storage), so we do not have to ask you again. It never leaves your device. You can change the choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer or by clearing your browser’s site data. If we add optional features in the future, they will stay off unless you accept them.
Server logs
Like most websites, our web host may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
How long we keep information
We keep trip and request records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California), you may have the right to ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain use, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by law.
Children
This website is intended for business and aviation customers and is not directed to children.
